How much is shipping?
Charges for shipping depend on the weight of the product along with the destination. During checkout, the system will provide you with your shipping charges and options.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We ship worldwide via Universal Postal Union member EMS. Domestically we use USPS to ship to our customers.
What is the status of my order? I haven’t received my order yet.
Your order status is provided to you in an email. Check your junk email if you do not see it in your inbox. Tracking information and order details should be visible. If you are outside of the US we prefer you use first class mail to receive your merchandise faster.
What is the return policy?
You may return any unworn and unused merchandise in its original packaging and tags for full refund as long as it arrives back to us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any item purchased on sale or discounted is final sale! All custom merchandise orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed upon via email for documentation. Please email us before sending anything back.
Do you have this item in stock?
Any items removed from our site are no longer in stock. Our main items will automatically notify our visitors when they are sold out.
Do you wholesale items?
We wholesale certain styles and items to businesses and business owners. Please email us for all info.
Do you have a flagship store or is it a website only?
We will establish a certified list of locations who have the green light to sell our merch.
Is your material authentic?
Yes! For exotic skins and custom work, we detail the type of material used in the design. However, ostrich “print” for example, means it is leather made to express the look of ostrich skin.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, THE SNEAKER STUDIO LLC ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Items usually will ship within 1-2 days of ordering.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. THE SNEAKER STUDIO LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
